An orchid for the new year

Hi everyone,

We have three orchid plants in the kitchen. One hasn’t bloomed in a long time but the other two occasionally form buds that eventually bloom. It is a slow, deliberate process. Any good artist takes their time to get it right and Nature is no exception. Here’s what I’ve been watching for the past few weeks. I hope to see the first blossoms by the end of the year but certainly in time to welcome in 2017 with serenity and beauty. I wish the same to each of you.
