I’ve been waiting to post my Word of the Month poem inspired by our word — Me. And here it is.
Me, myself, and I agree
Today’s the day for David Lee.
I’ll think of no one else but me
And pass the hours selfishly.
I might get on a silly spree,
Pinch the girls and slap my knee,
Cackle, jump, and snort with glee,
Out of the way, “I need to pee!”
Being good to me’s the key
And I have just the recipe
For feeling fine and feeling free –
Declare today a jubilee.
Hear ye, hear ye, I decree,
Today’s the day for me me me!
