Today I see my doctor for a semi-annual physical checkup. Advance lab work results arrived yesterday. I’m pleased to see continued improvements that began in 2019 when I changed my eating and drinking habits: less sugar and alcohol and more water. In the 36 months since then, my cholesterol has dropped from 185 to 95; triglycerides from 207 to 93; and LDL Calculated from 98 to 38. I’m still three years older, but I like to think these improvements in every area are good omens.
