Death Valley: A Love Story

Hi everyone,
Sandy Asher
I received a note from Sandy Asher that I want to share. Her play, DEATH VALLEY: A LOVE STORY, which she describes as a still-evolving stage play inspired by the journals, collages, and photographs of Carol Emerson, LCSW and David Nutter, M.D., is currently in production as a movie by Natural Light Films. Eventually, it will be available as a DVD with guidebook for therapeutic uses in grief counseling from Samaritan Counseling Center, Lancaster, PA, and as a DVD for the general public from Natural Light Films.

First public screening is set for Sunday, May 15, 2016, 2 and 4 pm. at Tellus360, Lancaster, PA. It’s free and open to the public, but space is limited and registration is required. Register through Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/death-valley-a-love-story-tickets-24465613308?aff=ebrowse or by calling 717-560-9969 717-560-9969, ext. 256

For more information about the play and the film, you can go to Sandy’s site at https://sandyasher.com/plays-in-progress/death-valley-a-love-story. Two related links of interest are Samaritan Counseling Center: http://scclanc.org and Natural Light Films: http://naturallightfilms.com.

Way to go, Sandy! Wish I could be there but will look forward to getting a copy of the DVD. Congratulations!
